Commander Hollinberger currently serves as the Program Manager for the Electronic Health Records Acquisition Program at the Coast Guard Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I). The USCG Electronic Health Records Acquisition program delivers a Coast Guard healthcare data solution integrated with the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs, along with allied systems including infrastructure, radiology, safety, and readiness systems.

His previous assignments include Facility Engineer at the Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) in Alexandria Virginia; Supervisor of Base Detachment St. Louis, Missouri; Design and Construction Branch Chief at Training Center Yorktown, Virginia; Design Engineer and Construction Manager at Civil Engineering Unit Miami, Florida; and Engineer aboard USCGC ACUSHNET in Ketchikan, Alaska.
Commander Hollinberger is a 2006 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 2008, he attended Texas A&M University and earned a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering. He holds a Professional Engineering license from the state of Florida. His personal awards include two Meritorious Service Medals, three Coast Guard Commendation Medals, and a Coast Guard Achievement Medal with operational distinguishing device.
