Mindy is currently the Deputy Group Director for the Information Systems Group within the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality. Mindy previously implemented the Quality Payment Program at CMS.

Mindy has 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, 26 being within the field of information technology, including analytics, reporting, data warehousing, and system support, development, and implementation.

Mindy received her Bachelor of Arts in Health Science and Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and received her Master of Arts in Information Systems Management from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
