Empowering the Future of Citizen Services
Creating a holistic vision for better customer experience with government agencies.
As federal agencies look at their long term vision and goals, they must prioritize a “citizen first” approach. Current Executive legislation including the Cyber Executive Order, the IDEA Act and the President’s Management agenda stresses the importance of providing citizens with a better experience when interacting with government services. Individuals need to feel confident in the government’s ability to provide easily accessible and accurate information, keep systems and sensitive data secure and design for a customer experience that will empower citizens to self-serve.
In this 10th annual Spring IT Luncheon, AFCEA Bethesda Emerging Leaders will bring together thought leaders in both government and industry to share information about their successes, challenges, lessons learned and forward looking agency efforts to empower the future of citizen services. Government participants will learn from their colleagues and industry partners. Industry participants will find opportunities for innovation and discussion with their government clients with an emphasis on:
- Digital Transformation and IT Modernization
- Data and Decision Making
- Cybersecurity
- Customer Experience and Human Centered Design
