Submission Requirements

AFCEA Bethesda is looking for submissions that align with our shared goal of providing STEM education to a diverse group of children and young adults. We kindly ask that you submit your proposal document according to the following guidelines: 

  • Page Limit: The proposal should not exceed 3 pages in length.
  • Required Information:
    1. Background of Your Organization: Please provide an overview of your organization, including its mission and key achievements.
    2. Use of Funding: Describe how the requested funds will be utilized, detailing the specific activities, programs, or initiatives that will be supported.
    3. Funding Request: Clearly specify the amount of funding you are requesting and provide a breakdown of how the funds will be allocated.
  • Format: Proposals should be uploaded as a PDF. 

Please ensure that your proposal is submitted by May 15thFunding award notifications will be made no later than June 1st via e-mail, with award payments by July 1st.
