As the Director at the Office of Information Technology Management (OIMT) in the FDA’s Office of Digital Transformation, Quinn Ton has more than 25 years in building IT service delivery focused organizations, implementing wide scale initiatives, and implementing standard repeatable process culture. Quinn is a goal-oriented and cutting-edge IT leader who demonstrates success while implementing strategic IT initiatives and with proven track record of customer satisfaction, rapport-building and creative, resourceful problem-solving. Quinn is responsible for delivering innovative technological solutions and high-quality services for the FDA. Quinn focuses on providing the FDA with cloud-enabled integrated services to improve and modernize the delivery and management of IT infrastructure, technologies, systems, and processes. She was instrumental in providing customers with an FDA Enterprise container platform and services (Container-as-a-Service), IT automation self-service deployments and led the team that built one of the first cloud-based AWS Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions at the FDA – one of the first few agencies that successfully set up and deployed cloud IaaS in 2015. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University and a Master of Project Management from George Washington University. Quinn is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
