Captain (Dr.) Victor Lin is a U.S. Navy family physician and board-certified physician informaticist, serving as the Chief of Core Applications branch (Health Informatics) at the Defense Health Agency as well as the Navy Clinical Informatics Specialty Leader. He has over ten years of leadership experience in health informatics and digital health strategy and transformation. Beginning July 2026, he will be assigned to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, where he will join the leadership team at the F. Edward Hebert School of Medicine and lead the Health Informatics and Information Sciences Graduate Certificate Program.
