Nora Fleming serves as a Senior Advisor in the CMS’ Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Office of the Director. She provides technical consultation, guidance and advice on all areas of strategic planning involving CMMI IT operations, system modernization projects, budget, contracting approaches and data initiatives. Nora has been with CMS for 24 years, working across policy and operations for a variety of CMS programs and has a personal interest in AI and its applications for the healthcare industry. Nora earned an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore and a B.A. in English from the College of Notre Dame of MD.
