Erica Vosseller is a senior federal data and IT program leader with extensive experience delivering mission-critical solutions in complex, federated environments. In her current role supporting the LANL CDO, and previously as a data leader at the National Nuclear
Security Administration (NNSA), she has led enterprise data strategy, governance, and modernization initiatives across national laboratories and field sites, aligning technology, policy, and operations to enable secure, scalable use of data and analytics.

Throughout her career, Erica has built and led programs that integrate data, IT, governance, and operational practices to strengthen decision-making, service delivery, and organizational performance. She is recognized for designing solutions that work in practice – ones that embed data and emerging technologies, including AI, into real-world workflows so they are adopted, trusted, and sustained.
