Mr. Rojas is a Technical Program Manager with the US Department of Agriculture in the FPAC Business Center Group, leading teams in technical modernization projects and the operations and maintenance of geospatial, financial and commodity applications housed on these websites. His oversight includes maintaining the operations, safety and cybersecurity for websites within the USDA Agencies and working with government hosting centers to ensure the security and availability of these websites and associated applications for the many customers relying on agricultural data.

He has extensive technology experience in private industry as well, having worked for Oracle Corp and several technology consulting firms.
