Stephanie Shutt is the Chief of Staff for the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). In this role, she is responsible for managing high-level projects, bridging communication gaps across departments, facilitating decision-making, and improving operational effi ciency. She has been with GSA for over 20 years. Ms. Shutt previously served as the Director of Operations and Innovation managing enterprise projects, including systems modernization. Ms. Shutt further served as the Director of the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. In this role, she integrated process improvements, systems management, implementation of new policy, and set strategic direction for the MAS program, growing the program over $10 billion annually. She also successfully led the consolidation of the MAS program from 24 separate Schedules to one Schedule with over 14,500 contracts awarded under it. Ms. Shutt has a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and statistics from Utah State University.
