Emma Antunes is the Chief of the Customer Engagement Office in NASA's Office of the CIO, where she's responsible for relationship management, communications and outreach, customer experience, and accessibility. During her career at NASA she's served in many different leadership roles in IT. Her focus has been on the intersection of people and systems, using IT as a tool for digital transformation, with emphasis on effective information management and collaboration. Emma holds a Bachelor's Degree from Boston University and is a recipient of the Federal 100 award.
