Chris is a Policy Data Analyst at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. His career has spanned across both public and private sectors with specific focus on energy, infrastructure, and public services. Chris is both inspired and motivated by FERC’s mission and its critical role in the energy industry driving him to continuously learn about unique challenges of the regulatory agency. At the Commission he is considered a leader in information and data collection and plays a key role in promoting data integrity, data governance, and data-driven decision making.
Prior to joining the Commission, Chris spent years as a Deloitte consultant, where he served multiple federal agencies by delivering on risk management program design, IT transformations, strategy, and compliance initiatives. His leadership led to co-authoring a chapter in a university level textbook on the development and implementation of key risk indicators. Chris graduated from Michigan State University receiving a B.A. in International Relations & Economics.
Outside of work, Chris is an outdoor enthusiast, a health and longevity nut, creative writer, and coffee fanatic. He and his wife are proud dog parents of a German Shepherd. When hanging with friends, he enjoys an obscure physical challenge and a quality debate.
