She is an expert in government practices, to include the areas of digital strategies, strategic planning, public policy, portfolio and performance management, acquisition planning, and program / project management with a keen understanding of how to leverage technology planning, cyber security, risk management and security operations and implementation methods to deploy business solutions and ensure measurable outcomes.
Ms. Martin served in various capacities to support the Intelligence Community (IC) Mission and Technology evolution. She led the development of numerous Executive / Legislative Branch initiatives to address strategic / operational activities such as the Government Performance and Result Act, Strategic Human Capital Planning, Workforce / Talent Management, Financial Integration efforts, Counter Intelligence activities and Policy making efforts to improve Intelligence Information Sharing, Organization Development (OD), and programmatic improvement initiatives across the Intelligence Community.
Additionally, Ms. Martin served as the precedent setting Director of the Business Transformation Office (BTO), an executive and legislative branch priority created to integrate, align, build, and deploy business processes, people, data, and technologies for integrating functions such as the Financial Management, Human Resources, Finance, Acquisition, and Procurement capabilities across the Intelligence Community (IC).
