Brian Wilson has spent over 12 years supporting and leading projects and programs at DoD and DHS and now serves as the Organizational Change Management Lead within the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Brian currently oversees training and upskilling, communications, stakeholder engagement and organizational change management activities. In his previous role, Brian served as the Program Manager for the Electronic Contract Filing System (ECFS) at DHS. Brian led and oversaw all market research, procurement and contracting activities, and training and implementation activities.
Brian and the team successfully deployed ECFS at the height of the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic. Prior to DHS, Brian supported several program offices within DoD to include the Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS) program and the Integrated Electronic Health Records (iEHR) program at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Brian received his master's degree in Business Administration from Webster University and bachelor's degree in Marketing from Rutgers University.
Brian is a creator to the core and enjoys working on his photography and music production. Brian was a former member of the Washington DC Chapter of the Recording Academy.
