As DMI’s Vice President & General Manager of National Security & Critical Infrastructure, Johnesha Harrison is responsible for leading the ongoing, emerging, and future growth and delivery initiatives across National Security, Critical Infrastructure, and Energy/Science accounts. This includes managing, growing, and driving business, P&L, top and bottom-line growth, cost management, and leading a large team of highly dedicated employees and key teammates.

Her in-depth knowledge of the government procurement process and her ability to identify IT capability gaps and provide solutions has secured millions in on-contract growth opportunities for DMI.
Johnesha’s 17-year career and expertise spans business strategies, organizational development, operations, information technology and human capital. Prior to joining DMI, Johnesha served in leadership roles at information technology and innovation companies Peraton, Missing Link and Northrup Grumman where she was instrumental in collaborating to grow revenue and implement cost savings strategies.
Johnesha holds a bachelor’s in information systems, a bachelor’s in human resources, and a master’s in organizational communications from Bowie State University. She is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library Expert, ISC Certified Information System Security Professional, and a PMI Certified Program Management Professional and Project Management Professional. In a rigorous and competitive review process, Johnesha was selected as a partner in ACT-IAC’s 2024 Partners Program.
