Jessica has a passion for public service and leading transformative change. She is dedicated to solving complex business and technical challenges within the Federal Government. Over the past decade, Jessica has had an ambitious and productive career in the Information Technology and Government Contract (GovCon) industry, achieving a great deal of success.

In her current role as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Office of IT Enterprise Program Management, Jessica provides expert guidance in the areas of digital transformation, artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, cloud migration, and business process re-engineering. Her work aims to improve the employee and customer experience.

In addition to her commitment to public service, Jessica enjoys coaching the next generation of leaders. She currently serves as the Government Chair for the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Associates Program Class of 2024. In this role, she helps entry-level professionals achieve their career journey aspirations.
