Jessica has a passion for public service and leading transformative change that involves solving complex business and technical challenges within the Federal Government. Jessica has had a very ambitious and productive career in the Information Technology and Government Contract (GovCon) industry, having achieved a great deal of success over the past decade. In her current role as a Senior IT Program Manager at the Internal Revenue Service, Jessica provides technical advisory in the areas of digital transformation, artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, cloud migration, and business process re-engineering to improve the employee and customer experience.

In addition to Jessica’s commitment to serving the public, she also enjoys coaching the next generation of leaders by serving as the current Government Chair for the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Associates Program Class of 2024 to help entry-level professionals achieve their career journey aspirations.
