Ratima Kataria is a seasoned and effective growth leader with 26+ years of successful track record in driving business in new and emerging markets, technology transformations, building strategic partnerships, management consulting, CIO/CXO advisory, P&L management, organization development, and providing world-class customer service. She has a proven track record of leading growth across multiple markets – federal healthcare, satellite communications and semiconductor industries. She has led global accounts across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific across federal and commercial enterprises.

Ratima is a thought leader in federal health IT, served previously both in public and private sector including Deputy Chief Information Officer for Department of Health and Human Services’ Operating Division – HRSA, Senior Business Development and P&L Executive at large and mid-size companies such as CGI Federal and Net ESolutions (now NTT Data). She has extensive experience in business development - leading growth strategy, client engagement, leading and training teams on pipeline development, teaming strategy and end to end capture lifecycle. Prior to healthcare, Ratima led digital transformations and penetrated emerging markets in semi-conductor and satellite communications industries. She has managed multiple large, complex, transformational programs and has led portfolios of over $100M and 200+ team members.

Ratima is passionate about the health mission, is a bridge builder and brings together Government and industry thought leaders through collaboration associations such as ACT IAC, AFCEA and PSC. She is an active member of the planning committee for AFCEA Health IT conference and related events.
