As a Program and Management Analyst his work primarily involves data analysis, data visualization, and process improvement. Gregory has a unique background that melds together quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, project management and change management. As such, throughout the agency he is known for communicating nuanced and evidenced-based solutions across the enterprise. His scope of expertise includes legally defensible DEIA analysis and implementation, retention and separation analysis, succession planning, and other ad hoc analysis as requested by various lines of business.

In addition to the OCC, he has honed his skill traversing the Census Bureau, Department of Commerce, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to his federal career he spent a decade working for Fortune 150 firms like Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, and Liberty Mutual. However, his initial passion and profession was being a high school teacher.

Academically, he earned his Bachelor of Education from the University of Michigan, a Master of Education from Harvard, and is a dissertation away from his PhD in Education Policy from Michigan State. He sees himself as a public servant and looks forward to expanding his circle of friends and colleagues who want to create safe and equitable realities for all.
