Don Bice is currently the Chief Growth Officer of AttainX, a dynamic and successful 8(a) Small Business and a Women Owned & Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned organization. Established in 2008, AttainX provides essential services including: Information Technology Modernization, Intelligent Automation, Data Analytics, Cloud Migration, Cybersecurity, and low code/no code solutions.
Mr. Bice joined the private sector after more than 28 years of Federal government experience in administrative operations and USDA programs. Mr. Bice served as the Acting Assistant Secretary for Administration at USDA from September 2017 through March 2020, and as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Administration beginning in February 2018. During that time, he spearheaded efforts to modernize and improve the delivery of administrative services and IT modernization, which included streamlining and improving customer service and digitizing and modernizing USDAs IT infrastructure for employees and stakeholders alike, reorganizing the provision of administrative services at USDA from 17 agencies to 8 mission areas, closing 26 information technology data centers, reducing the USDA vehicle fleet by over 10 percent, and establishing the first USDA Customer Experience Office.
