Kristy Huang is responsible for leading growth strategy and business development efforts for ABS Consulting’s Global Government team. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Shipley-trained Proposal and Capture Manager, she brings a deep understanding of the federal procurement process and over 10 years of experience across the federal civilian marketplace. Kristy has enjoyed a diverse career supporting small, mid-size, and large firms in areas including risk management, digital transformation and data analytics.
Kristy is in the ACT-IAC Voyagers Class of 2024 and has served in multiple capacities on the AFCEA Bethesda Board, including her most recent role as the President for AFCEA Bethesda Emerging Leaders.
