                                                    Matt Noyes is the Cyber Policy & Strategy Director for the U.S. Secret Service’s Office of Investigations. He leads the development of policy, strategy, planning, and budget for the Secret Service’s global network of over 160 offices and 3,000 special agents and professional staff. His work primarily focuses on countering cyber crimes impacting the financial systems and the persons, locations, and events protected by the Secret Service. 
Mr. Noyes joined the Secret Service after leaving active duty in the U.S. Army, serving in Germany and Iraq. He continues to serve in as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve, currently assigned to the Joint Staff. His academic degrees include a master in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and applied computational mathematics from the University of Washington.
