Paula Miller currently serves as the Branch Chief for the Oversight Division with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Customer Stakeholder and Engagement organization. She manages a strong team of Directors that support a diverse clientele within the Civilian sector for acquisitions related to information systems, software, professional services and blanket purchase agreements in IT hardware. Her branch is responsible for an estimated portfolio of $10 billion dollars in government spend annually. She began her career in the federal government in 2009, following a role in grant writing with a nonprofit organization who served at-risk populations. She expanded her responsibilities in contracting as a warranted, FAC C Level III certified, Supervisory Contracting Officer. From this work, she coaches federal partners and small businesses on how to leverage existing government solutions to meet mission critical requirements. In her career, she has served as an advisor to the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Small Business Roundtable Organization for Army, Air Force and Navy partners. In that space, Paula’s passion is to connect small businesses with equitable resources and avail herself through constructive and critical conversations focused on their specific needs. Most recently she worked as the Strategic Program Advisor for the Office of Analysis and Business Systems. The Office is responsible for oversight of data tools and resources, innovative strategies to meet and exceed customer satisfaction as well as establishing governance for CRM Policy, business process, and system development across FAS. Her educational background includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University and an undergraduate degree from the Rutgers University School of Business. Paula currently resides in Nutley, NJ with her husband Ed and their two teenagers, Arabella and Samantha. She enjoys reading, biking, and running and she is most relaxed on the beach with friends, family and her two dogs, Ariel and Daisy.
