Melinda Rogers is the Department of Justice’s Chief Information Officer and Deputy Assistant Attorney General. Prior to her designation in September 2020, she served as the Department’s Deputy Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Ms. Rogers is responsible for overseeing the Department’s $4.3 billion Information Technology (IT) investment portfolio, providing strategic IT direction, supporting mission operations through IT service delivery, and directing the Department’s Cybersecurity Program. Ms. Rogers has extensive experience in the financial services sector in private industry, where she was Equifax’s Assistant Vice President for Fraud Prevention and Identity Verification Solutions as well as NationsBank's Assistant Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending. Ms. Rogers received her MBA from Emory University and is an alumna of George Mason University.
