Saum Ghosh, Ph.D., is the Director of the Office of Business Informatics and Solutions Management (OBISM) in the FDA’s Office of Inspections and Investigations (OII). In this role, he leads OII-wide information technology activities to optimize systems and data for operational work and decision-making in support of public health. His executive leadership experience in enterprise software and services has focused on relationship building and process improvement. Dr. Ghosh earned his Ph.D. and Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute in Kolkata, India.
