Dr. Nick Asendorf is the Scientific Information Officer in the Division of Intramural Research at the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute. He manages a scientific IT team focused on delivering custom IT solutions for the diverse intramural research community at the NHLBI. Nick previously worked for 3M where he held roles as a data scientist and AI manager in 3M’s Corporate Research Labs. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering: Systems from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
