Kelly Michaud Cox serves as the Deputy Director of the Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery Office (EIDO) at United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Her expansive portfolio includes network operations, compute, data center, cloud platform operations, legacy infrastructure products, consolidation and modernizations efforts.

Prior to joining USPTO, Kelly supported General Services Administration (GSA) Shared Services Program orchestrating the adoption of mission support federal wide shared services across the 24 Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act Agencies, in coordination with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The bulk of her federal career centered around cyber security initiatives at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Department of Homeland Security Headquarters (DHS HQ), and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Her project responsibilities have covered Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA), Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM), Security Operations Center (SOC) Optimization, and Shared Services. She also had the pleasure of Acting as the Chief of Staff for DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). In addition, Kelly held various roles in the Financial, Utility, and Training industries, and supported the federal government as contractor.
