Mr. Mark Dress is the Program Manager of Assured Communications supporting the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of the Chief Information Officer. Mr. Dress manages the
Emergency Communications Network with emphasis on global mobility of assured resilient communications in support of NNSA mission field deployments. He also manages the mobility of multiple NNSA secure networks.
Mr. Dress began his career as a Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear) with the US Navy and is currently serving as a Selected Reservist with Maritime Expeditionary Security Force. Prior to coming to NNSA, he worked in Program Management and Systems Engineering with multiple Department of Defense Acquisition Category I and II Programs of Record. Mr. Dress has also been a Factory Manager for medical device manufacturing.
Mr. Dress graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and was certified as a Navy Nuclear Engineering Officer by the Department of Naval Reactors.
